How to pay by Preauthorized Debit (PAD)
If you are unable to pay for your subscription by credit card or Apple Pay, you may be able to pay by Preauthorized Debit (PAD). This, however, requires that you have set up an online banking account.
When you select PAD as your method of payment, the system leads you through a series of steps to contact your financial institution. You will be directed to log in, and to verify your identity by way of a text or call to your smartphone. Eventually, you will be asked to confirm the amount that is to be debited from your account.
As you follow the steps, you will see a series of screens that -- depending on your bank -- will look something like this:
When you are done, you will receive an e-mail saying the process is underway and could take up to 10 business days.
Once the Zeffy ticketing system has received your payment from your bank, you will receive a second e-mail with a link that will enable you to download your "e-ticket". This e-ticket is your season pass: It will serve as your entry pass for the entire KCCA concert season.
So, go ahead and download it. Print it off or save it to your smartphone.
It's also a good idea to save the actual email that contains the e-ticket link: If you lose your season pass, you can always download it again.
