About the Kelowna Community Concert Association (KCCA)
The KCCA is a registered non-profit society that presents for members (subscribers) an annual five-concert season of national and international performers. It is run entirely by volunteers.
How do I become a member?
Anyone can become a member by paying a one-year membership fee, which entitles you to a five-concert season subscription.
The cost for the upcoming 2025-26 season, which runs from October 2025 to April 2026, is just $120 per person for five concerts. We are offering a $10 early-bird discount if you purchase your membership before April 30, 2025. We also welcome younger audiences aged 18 and under with a special $60 student membership price.
If you are already a member (in the 2024-25 season) and are renewing your membership:
You will receive in late-March an email with an invitation to renew your membership. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder!
Click on the link and follow the steps below.
If you wish to become a new member in the 2025-26 season:
Choose the "Join us" menu item on our website and click on the button to become a subscriber.
Then ....
1. Select one "Primary" adult memberships/subscription for yourself. Just below that, you can also select additional subscriptions for other adults (a spouse or friend, for example), or student subscriptions for your children.
If you are purchasing a membership/subscription for anyone else, you will be asked to provide each of their names. We are required under the BC Societies Act to record the full names of all of our members.
2. When you have completed your selections, click on the pink SELECT button at the bottom of the page.
3. This takes you to a checkout page. Fill out your contact information, including your phone number in case we have to get in touch with you.
If you were a previous (2024-25) member, your contact information may already be filled in. If there are any errors, please correct them.
4. The next step involves an optional gratuity. We are working with "Zeffy", a well-regarded Canadian membership and ticketing platform designed exclusively for non-profit organizations such as ours. Zeffy does not charge us for their services; we do not even pay for credit card transactions. Instead, Zeffy operates on donations.
You will be invited to make a donation to Zeffy. Their default is set to 15%. Please note the little dropdown menu arrow to the right of the suggested donation, which allows you to select "Other", and then enter a different amount -- including $0.
5. You may pay by credit card, a very welcome first for the KCCA! Simply follow the usual steps for online credit card payments. Zeffy uses the very secure Stripe processing system.
If you have an Apple device and are set up for Apple Pay, you may be invited to choose that option. Please note that Zeffy does not support Google Pay at this time.
Alternatively, you may choose to follow the steps for a preauthorized debit (PAD) payment, which will direct you to your online banking system. Please follow the steps required by your financial institution, or click here for a preview of the experience.
6. Once the transaction has gone through, you will see a screen with a message from Zeffy. It will look something like this:

Note the invitation to "share this campaign with your community". This is Zeffy language, but the link is useful in case you wanted to encourage a friend to join you in buying a KCCA subscription. In that case, you can simply copy, paste and forward the link to the same form you just filled out.
7. Check your inbox for an email from Kelowna Community Concert Association -- or possibly your junk mail folder if you don't receive anything in your inbox. (Remember, there will be a delay if you pay by Preauthorized Debit (PAD)!)
The top of the email again thanks you for your purchase. Ignore the first part, about tracking your payments or activating a Zeffy account. You do not need a Zeffy account!

However, be sure to click the blue "Download e-ticket" button. This is a link to your electronic pass for the 2025-26 season!
8. When you click this button, a browser window will open with a PDF of your electronic season pass. It is one page long per subscription you purchased. If you bought more than one subscription, you can scroll through to see all your passes in the same file.
In addition to listing all of the 2025-26 concerts, each subscription features a QR code. This code is unique to each member and serves as your entry pass to all five concerts of the season.
Print off your e-pass, or save it to your smartphone. It is important to keep your pass in a safe place because it is designed to last you for the whole season. (As a backup, it's a good idea to save your confirmation email. You can print off your pass again from there.)
(Note for iPhone users: Zeffy does not currently allow you to save your electronic pass in your Apple Wallet. Best to save it to your download files, notes or images.)
Why is a subscription to your concert series called a "membership"?
When you buy a season subscription, you automatically become a member for that year of the KCCA, a non-profit society registered in British Columbia. This entitles you to attend the five concerts in the season in which you are a member.
Your membership begins when you pay your fee and expires at the end of the KCCA fiscal year, which is July 31.
As a member of the society, you are entitled to attend and vote at any special or annual general meetings that falls within the term of your membership. You are also encouraged to volunteer for the organization, including to stand for election to our board of directors.
About KCCA Concerts
How do you keep your concert subscription prices so affordable?
KCCA is run entirely by volunteers, which eliminates the need for paid staff and office space. There is also no assigned seating, which eliminates the need for a box office.
Naturally, we are always on the lookout for more volunteers. Please visit our Volunteers page to learn how you, too, can get involved!
How do you select your performers?
Our Programming Committee, which represents the KCCA membership’s demographic in age and performing-arts interests, selects only performers of national and international stature for our concerts. We work hard to present an annual lineup of musical, dance and other performances that are varied in scope but consistent in excellence.
When are the concerts presented?
A concert season typically runs from September or October to April or May.
Where are the concerts held?
Our concerts are held in the Evangel Church Auditorium at 3261 Gordon Drive, just south of KLO Road. Free parking is available for all KCCA concerts.
What time do the concerts start?
Concerts are held on Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m. or Saturdays at 2:00 p.m.
Do you have reserved seating?
No, you may sit wherever you like, with family and friends. We do, however, have special seating to accommodate people with mobility needs; please just contact us in advance so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Can I purchase drinks before or during a performance?
For environmental reasons, and because we do not want to have sticky spills or leave litter at the venue, we encourage you to bring water in your own reusable container. If you forget, you may purchase a bottle of water in the lobby during intermissions. Alcohol and soft drinks are not available.
Information on Partial Seasons
Can I select and pay for individual concerts?
No, unfortunately we do not sell single-event passes. Our subscription-based model gives us the stable, upfront revenues we need in order to assemble and deliver a balanced, varied and innovative five-concert program lineup, at an incredibly affordable price.
This special model, unique in Kelowna, has enabled us to sell out our season year after year, for more than half a century.
Well, that — plus the hard work of our many volunteers. And they, by the way, pay the same admission price as everyone else.
I just moved here and the concert season is already underway. What should I do?
If you are joining us after the start of the season, and if we still have space, we may be able to offer you a prorated price for the remaining concerts of the season.
Such prorated passes are issued depending on the availability of space and are always at the discretion of our Director of Memberships.
There is one big advantage of obtaining at least a partial season pass: It puts you in line to receive our spring information about the next season, so you won't miss our early-bird pricing offer!
What if I can’t attend a performance?
Go ahead and lend your season pass to a friend -- but be sure to get it back if there are more concerts left in the season!
We like to welcome newcomers to our performances because this is an excellent form of advertising!
I have a guest coming from out of town on a concert night. Is there any way to invite her along to this one event?
At the discretion of the Director of Memberships, you may be able to purchase a single-event ticket for your guest for $35 at the door. Please contact us ahead of time to find out.
Gifts, Donations and Volunteering
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we have gift certificates for sale year-round. They’re a great idea for Christmas, birthdays, Mother’s Day and anniversaries.
Please e-mail us for details.
Do you accept donations to the KCCA?
Yes, and thank you for supporting the arts in Kelowna.
Every year, the KCCA in turn donates up to $1,000 in support for local music students, while also giving them an extraordinary opportunity to perform for our membership ahead of concerts. For further information, please contact us.
Can I volunteer for the KCCA?
Members of KCCA may, indeed, volunteer to work in the organization, and there are numerous interesting positions to fill. Since the KCCA has no paid staff, our talented volunteers are the reason for our success.
Volunteers do everything from planning and promoting each concert season to welcoming members at the door.
Each volunteer knows that, without staffing and office overhead, their efforts are contributing to a high standard of concert experience at a very affordable price.
We get no outside funding from anyone — government or private-sector sponsors. In other words, we always need fresh and energetic volunteers.
If you are considering joining us, please visit our Volunteers page to learn more. Or send us an email to tell us what interests you have, and skills you could share.
